And they want new construction,” he said. “People relocating to the area for work from out of state do their research and pinpoint Silver Spring Township and CV schools. Demand should be strong because it’s in the Cumberland Valley School District, he said, especially from buyers who missed out on the Highlands and from others who are relocating from outside of Pennsylvania to the midstate for work. The homes in the Preserve are going to be priced from mid-$300,000 to the high-$400,000s, Garrett Rothman said. The second phase of the Preserve, which expects to take about four years to develop, will include the remaining 42 lots.
Garrett Rothman, RSR’s broker of record, said 12 of the first 25 lots have been presold to the four builders – EG Stoltzfus Homes LLC, Landmark Homes, Fred Tiday Builders Inc. 12 for the latter, which is a 90-acre community with 67 lots.
